1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ion177," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the online gaming platform operated under international license and accessible at ion177.cam, including all associated services, games, and content.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who registers for an account, accesses, or uses the ion177 platform and services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration with ion177.
• "Services" refers to all online gaming products offered by ion177, including but not limited to slot games, live casino games, sports betting markets, togel (Indonesian lottery games), and related entertainment products.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a User into their ion177 Account for the purpose of wagering or gameplay.
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds transferred from a User's ion177 Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives provided by ion177 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited funds and winnings available for withdrawal or wagering, excluding bonus funds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, accessing the ion177 website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ion177.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ion177 platform and Services. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ion177 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered Users or through prominent notice on the ion177 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last revised.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register for an Account and use ion177 Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of Account registration. ion177 strictly enforces this age restriction and will verify your age through government-issued identification documents during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. You must not be legally prohibited from gambling or entering into agreements.
• Jurisdiction: While ion177 primarily serves the Indonesian market, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ion177 Services complies with all laws applicable in your location.
• Single Account: Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with ion177. Opening multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use: Your Account is for personal, recreational use only. Commercial use, operation on behalf of third parties, or use by entities or organizations is prohibited.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must match the details on your government-issued identification documents.

4.2 KYC Verification

ion177 is required by our licensing authority to verify the identity and age of all Users. Within 72 hours of Account registration, or before your first withdrawal (whichever occurs first), you must complete the KYC verification process by uploading:

• A clear, legible copy of your government-issued photo identification (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card, or passport)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document next to your face

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in Account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds. ion177 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity or comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify ion177 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

ion177 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ion177 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits are displayed in your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (from accounts not matching your verified identity) will be rejected and returned, minus any applicable transaction fees.

ion177 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Deposits are typically processed instantly, but may take up to 15 minutes during peak hours or due to third-party payment processor delays.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 1 hour for major Indonesian banks during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 WIB), and up to 24 hours for e-wallets or withdrawals submitted outside business hours.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. ion177 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, which may delay withdrawal processing.

All withdrawals are subject to identity and anti-fraud verification. ion177 may decline or delay withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected, if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or if your Account is under investigation for Terms violations.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ion177 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international standards. You must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without gameplay may be flagged as suspicious activity and subject to enhanced scrutiny.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ion177 may offer various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution weightings, and expiration dates.

Bonus terms are displayed in your Account dashboard and on the relevant promotional page. It is your responsibility to read and understand all bonus terms before opting in to a promotion. Failure to meet bonus requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. ion177 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, opposite-side betting, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other activity inconsistent with fair recreational play.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. ion177 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

You agree to use ion177 Services in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment disputes, or providing false information
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to disguise your location or identity
• Sharing Account credentials or allowing others to use your Account

ion177 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and actively monitors for suspicious activity. Any violation of fair play rules may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

7.2 Game Results

All slot games, table games, and live casino games offered by ion177 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers to determine outcomes. Game results are final and binding. ion177 will not reverse or alter game results except in cases of clear technical malfunction affecting game integrity, which will be determined at ion177's sole discretion.

For sports betting, all bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of postponement, cancellation, or change of venue, settlement rules are displayed in our sportsbook betting rules section.

8. Responsible Gaming

ion177 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide the following tools to help you maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your Account settings. Limit decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month. Once reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations. You will be automatically logged out when your time limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing your Account. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months and cannot be reversed early. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ion177 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

ion177 is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by technical failures, system downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Errors or delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment processor issues
• Losses resulting from your failure to protect your Account credentials
• Any consequences arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with ion177 Services is to cease using the platform and close your Account. In no event shall ion177's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited. Account closure is typically processed within 24 hours.

10.2 Suspension or Termination by ion177

ion177 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, with or without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We detect fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity on your Account
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• We are required to do so by law, regulatory authority, or court order
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months

If your Account is terminated for violations, ion177 may withhold any remaining balance and winnings. If your Account is closed due to inactivity or at your request without violations, your Real Money Balance will be returned to your designated payment method, minus any applicable withdrawal fees.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding ion177 Services, you must first contact our customer support team by email at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint amicably within 14 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department by sending a detailed written complaint to [email protected] with "FORMAL COMPLAINT" in the subject line. Our Compliance Department will investigate and respond within 30 business days.

In the unlikely event that the dispute remains unresolved, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of our licensing jurisdiction. Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our international licensing jurisdiction. By using ion177 Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform.

However, you acknowledge that you are subject to the laws of your own jurisdiction (Indonesia) regarding online gambling. ion177 makes no representation that Services offered on this platform are legal in your specific location. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of ion177 complies with applicable local laws.
